Each of microNERD's web hosting plans carries an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your service, you will be given a full refund of the amount excluding overages.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as domains, overages, disk space, pop accounts, etc. All cancellation requests must be received in writing through our help desk as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are not acceptable and will be ignored. Phone requests will also not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

99.9% Network Uptime Guarantee
microNERD guarantees network availability for our public Internet network to be 99.9%. In the event that our network does not experience 99.9% network uptime in a given month, microNERD will refund 5% of the customer's monthly service fees for those accounts affected, for each 30 minutes of network downtime experienced up to 99.9% of the monthly service fees for those servers affected.
